This Privacy Policy explains how Devolo Labs ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with the Android mobile application Live Stream Schedule for NFL (the "App"), distributed through Google Play.
By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Short version: The App does not require an account and we do not ask you for your name, email address or any other personal contact details. The App shows sports schedules and broadcast listings, displays advertising, and collects a limited amount of technical and usage data so it can work correctly and so ads can be served.
None. The App has no registration, no login and no user profile. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, postal address, date of birth or payment details.

Your favourite teams, your saved match reminders and your app preferences are stored locally on your device. They are not uploaded to our servers, and they are deleted when you uninstall the App or clear its data.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with data brokers.

The App is free and supported by advertising served through Google AdMob. Ads may be personalised based on your Advertising ID unless you choose otherwise.

The App does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, photos, SMS, call logs or precise (GPS) location.
We share data only with the service providers listed in Section 3, and only to the extent needed for them to perform their function. We may also disclose information if required by law, court order or a valid governmental request, or to protect our rights, users or the security of our service.
Our providers operate globally, so your data may be processed on servers located outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Technical request data (such as the device identifier) is retained in our server logs for a limited period — normally no longer than 12 months — and then deleted or anonymised. Aggregated analytics data is retained according to the retention settings of Google Firebase Analytics. Data stored on your device is kept until you delete it or uninstall the App.
Traffic between the App and our servers is protected in transit, and requests for listings are signed and time-limited. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the limited data we handle.
The App is a general-audience sports information app and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Because the App does not hold an account or a profile linked to your identity, the fastest way to erase all locally held data is to uninstall the App. For server-side data, send a request to [email protected] — we respond within 30 days.
If you are in the EEA or UK and believe we have not handled your data properly, you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
The App displays information about broadcasters and may link out to third-party websites, television providers, pay-per-view services and streaming platforms. We do not control those services, and this policy does not apply to them. Please review their own privacy policies and terms before using them. Access to any broadcast may require a valid subscription with the relevant provider.
The App is an independent schedule and TV-listing guide. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or associated with the National Football League (NFL), any club, or any broadcaster, satellite operator or streaming service referenced in the App. All team names, league names, channel names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and informational purposes only.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date. Significant changes will also be communicated through the App or its Google Play listing. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
